Diet is very important for the life of every living organism. The foods we take have various functions: energetic (carbohydrates and fats), structural (proteins), protective, regulative (vitamins and minerals) and of storage (fats). Diet has also subtle aspects, such as to supply, together with air, the necessary prana that provides vitality to the etheric body.

Due to the complexity of these factors, throughout history many theories were created regarding what is beneficial to eat. Each theory considered one factor more than another, and most of them are nonetheless correct given their point of view. During several years of study and experimentation I have observed that it’s possible to create a summary of these different theories, that when applied greatly contribute to the wellbeing of the patient. This is true for every type of disease, also cancer, and patients can greatly benefit from a correct science of nutrition.

Therefore during a recovery process, besides from homeopathic treatment and from the psycho-energetic understanding of the disease, I also consider diet, which plays a crucial role especially when exercised in a holistic way specifically adapted to the patient.

"I became a vegetarian for ethical reasons, as well as health benefits. I believe that vegetarianism is likely to affect favorably the fate of humanity."

Albert Einstein

‎"I think that you should bring school children to see what are the slaughterhouses. Slaughterhouses were once in the city, today took them well away from the city and nobody knows what happens. For children, the flesh is a bell'involtino in cellophane which is located in supermarkets and do not even know the sufferings that were produced to the animals who provided the meat."

Margherita Hack

"We claim to not be able to kill - we're not going to Vietnam or other places to kill, but we have no objection to the killing of animals. If you were to kill with your hands the animal you eat, and sentiste all the cruelty of this killing, that animal would eat the same? I highly doubt it. But you do not have nothing against the butcher to kill him because then you eat it, that immense hypocrisy that lies in this attitude!"

Jiddu Krishnamurti

‎"It 's true that man is the king of beasts, for his brutality exceeds theirs. We live through the death of others. Already at a young age have denied the 'habit of taking food, meat ..."

Leonardo da Vinci

‎"Greatness and moral progress of a nation can be judged by the way they treat animals."

Gandhi

"I see no reason why animals should be slaughtered and become food for men when there are so many alternatives. After all, man can live without meat."

Dalai Lama
